Currently serving as Director of Operations for Craig Lotzof & Associates at Compass in La Jolla, CA, overseeing all aspects of listing and transaction management, marketing coordination, and client communication for a Top-producing Luxury Real Estate Team.

Previous leadership experience includes Executive Office Manager for a Leading Luxury Agent at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Regional Sales Manager at GMAC Residential Finance Group, and Director of Strategic Asset Solutions at Asset Foreclosure Services, where she managed multi-million-dollar REO and non-performing loan portfolios and drove nationwide business development initiatives.
